This exclusive piece of Krishna statue is carved by expert artists in Kerala. After banning of ivory carving, the artisans working in Ivory were jobless, and we got 500 kg large size of Sandalwood to carve this statue.The carving is exquisite, intricate as their expertise in minute ivory carving is used to carve the sandal wood. Such a piece of sandal wood Krishna Statue is not available in the entire country now a days. Probably in the whole of world there is no such piece available in Sandalwood. Three of the most talented artists worked for about 14 months to complete this figure. Every inch of the statue is carefully and meticulously carved.
